Last summer, I had the pleasure of talking at length with Robert Weisberg who writes the blog Museum Human, a blog focused on organizational culture and cultural organizations.

I’ve known Robert for many years, and I have always enjoyed and respected his ideas and writings.

Our conversation swims through many topics related to museum culture, change, community engagement, nature based work, and radical optimism for the future.
